Priv . Doz. Dr. Hugo Murua Escobar 于2004年博士毕业于德国不来梅大学人类遗传学研究中心，2005-2008年任职于不来梅大学（生物学院），教授遗传学和肿瘤分子遗传学等课程。2008-2013年在汉诺威兽医大学，任研究员／团队带头人和硕士生导师。2011年，获得细胞生物学和肿瘤遗传学方向特聘教师资格。2013年至今，为罗斯托克大学医学院高级研究员、硕士及博士生导师。PD Dr. Murua Escobar主要从事肿瘤分子遗传学和比较肿瘤学研究，通过高通量测序和细胞生物学为主要手段，揭示肿瘤的发生、发展及耐药机制。目前已在国际期刊上发表论文88篇。

Priv. Doz. Dr. Hugo Murua Escobar graduated as Dr. rer. nat. from University of Bremen, Germany in 2004. 2005-2008, he worked as lecturer in University of Bremen (Faculty of Biology) and taught Genetics and Molecular tumor genetics. 2008-2013, he worked as research scientist/ group leader and Master Tutor of University of Veterinary Medicine Hannover。2011 he got his postdoctoral lecture qualification at the University of Veterinary Medicine Hannover and got the venia legndi for „Cell Biology and Tumorgenetics“. Since 2013，Senior researcher and and Master Tutor at Medical Faculty, University of Rostock. PD Dr. Murua Escobar focus on molecular tumor genetics and comparative oncology, using NGS and cell biology methods to explore the mechanism of tumorigenesis , progress and anti-tumor drug resistance. He has published currently 88 papers in international journals.
